Common questions
I forgot my password.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. We send you a link that works for 30 minutes. Opening it lets you choose a new password, and signs you out everywhere else.
I did not get the email.
Check your spam folder first. The confirmation email can also be sent again from the Account screen in the app. If it still does not arrive, write to us and we will look into it.
Why can I only have two challenges?
That is the whole design — one for yourself and one with friends. Two things you can actually hold beat a list that grows until you ignore it. When a challenge ends, the slot frees up.
Does everyone in a group share one streak?
No. A group shares the plan, but each person keeps their own streak. Someone missing a day does not break yours.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, challenges and check-ins. It cannot be undone.
Is it really free?
Yes. No subscription, no ads, no paid tier.
